Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations may work for purchases made through ComicPress ("we," "us") for online classes and training related to comic writing, storytelling, and publishing. Specific terms for a particular cohort or product may be confirmed at checkout or in your enrollment confirmation email.

1. Transparent pricing

Before you pay, we aim to show the program name, what is included, the price, currency, applicable taxes if known, and any relevant dates. If anything is unclear, contact help@comicpress.online before purchasing.

2. Cooling-off / right to cancel (if applicable)

If mandatory consumer laws in your jurisdiction provide a statutory withdrawal or cooling-off period for distance contracts, those rights apply in addition to this policy. Where such rights exist, we will honor them as required.

3. Standard refund windows (non-binding summary)

Unless your enrollment agreement states otherwise, the following guidelines may apply to eligible purchases:

  • Before access begins: If your purchase grants access to digital materials at a defined start date, you may request a full refund before the program access begins, provided you have not extensively downloaded or consumed materials beyond a reasonable preview.
  • After access begins: Once access has started, refunds are generally partial or unavailable because educational services and digital content have been delivered. We may consider exceptions for verified technical failures on our side or other extraordinary circumstances.

4. How to request a refund

Email help@comicpress.online with your full name, purchase email, order or receipt details, and the reason for your request. We may take reasonable steps to verify identity and purchase records.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method, depending on banks and payment providers.

6. Non-refundable items

Unless required by law, the following may be non-refundable:

  • Fees for services already fully delivered
  • Third-party fees charged directly by a marketplace or app store under their policies
  • Administrative or payment processing surcharges expressly stated as non-refundable at purchase

7. Chargebacks

If you have a billing issue, please contact us first so we can investigate. Chargebacks may limit our ability to restore access while disputes are evaluated.
